Return and Refund

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping on any defective items. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact our support team at and be sure to include a photo for quality assurance purposes. For all other return reasons, you will be responsible for shipping costs back. Petz Cart will refund 100% of what you paid for the product.

Please note the following exceptions to our 30-day return policy:

MEMORY FOAM BEDS - All memory foam beds come with memory foam that is compressed and wrapped in a sanitary protective packaging. Once the protective packaging is removed, we can no longer accept any returns. Before opening the foam, please place the bed cover on a flat surface to ensure the size is right for your pup. No returns apply to memory foam beds where the foam is removed from the protective packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return and Refund Process

1. Email customer care at and include the following information:
In the subject line, please write "Return Request."
In the body of the email, please provide us with your order number and a brief statement explaining the reason for return.
If returning a memory foam dog bed, please be sure to include a photo of the foam wrapped in the protective packaging. If the bed is sent back to us with memory foam that is opened from its protective packaging, we will not be able to accept it back.
For defective items, be sure to include a photo for quality assurance purposes.

2. Once your return is approved, you will be emailed within 24-48 hours including where to ship your item(s).

3. Repackage your product in the original packaging. Ship your return to the address provided by our support team.

4. Use a traceable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label.

5. Please allow up to 3-6 business days for the refund to be processed from the time we received your return. You will receive a full refund to the original payment method used

6. We will email you when your return is processed.

7. Once your return is processed, please allow 24-72 hours for your bank to credit the refund back onto your payment method.
